Beginning with a HUD contract to manage housing units in five New York boroughs, Cityside Management Corporation has earned a highly regarded position in REO asset management over the last 15 years.

Company founder Chris Dolloff, who is still our CEO, consciously nurtured his client and vendor relationships early on while he directed his firm’s operations to perform well above acceptable standards. Cityside’s superior service was immediately recognized by HUD decision makers who were outsourcing more REO services at the time. The excellent performance of the company’s first contract, along with the relationships and experience gained, led very quickly to opportunities for Cityside in other markets.

Since its founding in 1998, Cityside’s footprint has grown to cover 45 states and to manage over 100,000 properties. With a national presence and dedicated employees in all of our service regions, we are committed to serving our customers at the local level where it counts most.
