CHRIS DOLLOFF

Founder & CEO

Chris is a real estate expert who founded Cityside in 1998, leveraging 10 years of property management experience to start the company with just two employees and a single government contract. Since then, he has grown Cityside into a national real estate portfolio management services company with 120 employees, serving major markets coast to coast and preserving, managing, and marketing more than 100,000 properties in 45 states for government agencies, private lenders and institutions, and homeowner associations.

Today, Chris sets the company’s overall strategic vision, with a focus on expansion, emerging marketplaces, and new and improved products and services to preserve and enhance the high-volume real estate portfolios of Cityside’s clients.

“The number one thing that is music to my ears is hearing clients say how easy we are to work with, and that we’ve helped them achieve their goals,” Chris says. “And I can credit all of our incredible team members all across the country who make me proud … and humble … each and every day.”

A generous, dedicated philanthropist and active member of the community, Chris volunteers his time as a board member for many important causes including City Year and the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. He is an active volunteer and financial supporter of Families in Transition. He earned his BA from Merrimack College.

ANGELA LAROCHE

President & Chief Operating Officer

Angela is the President & COO of Cityside. She is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the company, and for ensuring Cityside meets its strategic vision of fulfilling client needs and driving future expansion.

In addition to overseeing all aspects of operations, Angela focuses on maintaining a healthy environment for our employees. She values a work/life balance, and wants people to be excited about their roles in the organization. Hard work is necessary to meet the daily challenges that arise, but she recognizes the reality of life and family, and the crucial need for fun.

Prior to serving as Chief Operating Officer, Angela was responsible for defining the vision behind our proprietary software products, and for moving our operations completely into a cloud environment. These initiatives streamlined Cityside’s processes and procedures, and now affords us great flexibility in our capacity to adapt uniquely to each of our clients.

Before joining Cityside in 2011, Angela worked in management consulting for 10 years. She was a successful user experience director, information architect, and owner of a thriving consulting firm serving clients such as BlueCross and BlueShield, Intel, and Manulife Financial. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lesley University.

SUE MURTAGH

Chief Financial Officer

Sue is an accounting and finance expert with 30 years of experience in public accounting and private industry.

Before joining Cityside in 2005, she worked as a controller in the property management industry for 10 years.

A Certified Public Accountant with a BS in Accounting from Bentley University, Sue manages all financial aspects of Cityside operations, including policies and procedures related to accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, asset protection, pricing models, and business process improvements. She directly contributes to the Association Management group by preparing financial statements and providing financial analysis and expertise to Cityside’s many HOA and COA customers.

A master of all things Excel with strong ties in the financial community, Sue is a longtime member of the NH Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs and is known for communicating effectively with customers, team members, and auditors alike.

KELLIE FEMINO

Director of Operations & Technology

Kellie is responsible for Cityside’s Information Technology and software products in addition to the direction and management of multiple client contracts. Kellie is also a licensed real estate agent.

 

Upon joining Cityside in 2014, Kellie became responsible for the analysis and design of enhancements to Cityside’s proprietary software tools, as well as the quality assurance and training for our end users. She worked diligently to ensure Cityside’s tools were customized to meet the needs of each of our client contracts, including custom forms and operational process flows. Most notably, Kellie led the implementation, integration, and training of our mobile technology solution in 2015. 

 

In 2016, Kellie took on more of a leadership role with Cityside’s client projects. This was a natural move due to the wealth of knowledge she had gained around Cityside’s contracts and intricate operational processes. Today, Kellie continues to work closely with Angela to ensure operations are in line with Cityside’s strategic vision, while continuing to successfully lead and manage Cityside’s technology in addition to a team of staff and client contracts.

 

Prior to joining Cityside, Kellie worked as a Business Analyst, Interaction Designer and Business Information Manager in both insurance and health care industries for more than 10 years.  Kellie holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Assumption College.
