Cityside Management is currently accepting proposals from FHA appraisers in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont to provide professional services consisting of HUD REO single family appraisals. Although HUD owned homes are mostly single units, the single family category as defined by HUD includes one to four unit properties and an occasional vacant lot. Cityside must cover ALL Counties. Appraisers with far reaching capabilities will have an advantage in the process. Awards will be made on a best value basis to appraisers found to be technically qualified offering adequate capacity and geographic coverage and the best price. Cityside reserves the right to further negotiate price, terms, or geographic areas after submission of proposals. The deadline for submission and receipt of proposals is 5:00 PM on July 20, 2010.

You must include the following items when submitting your proposal:
· Copy of your current license
· Verification of inclusion on the FHA Appraiser Roster
· Proof of E&O Insurance
· Brief resume including references
