Lionel Hotard has just been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Cityside. Lionel's responsibilities as the COO will focus on operations management, which means he is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems set up for delivering the company's services. He will be responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and that resources are managed appropriately. Also, through the remaining term of Cityside's two current contracts with HUD, Lionel will continue to serve as Contract Manager for both contract areas.
