Cityside is in search of several multi-skilled small repair and hazard abatement service persons to inspect and repair our portfolio of scattered-site single family vacant homes in various regions of Louisiana and Arkansas.
Preferred home bases of the ideal applicants will be in NW Arkansas and Shreveport, Louisiana. Roaming service personnel will be required to cure all identified hazards as well as perform minor repairs. Applicants must be multi-skilled, self-disciplined, independent workers with reliable transportation capable of transporting generator, small water tank, tools and an inventory of supplies needed to complete the necessary repairs. Reports of completed work must be transmitted electronically as required on a daily basis. Position offers a base salary and travel allowance.
