Description: Currently seeking contractors nation-wide to perform various P&P services on REO properties. Contractor must be insured, possess all applicable Federal, State, Local licensing, have experience performing REO services, and be adequately equipped and staffed to begin work with limited notice.
Requirements: The following services will be required:
Initial Cleaning
General Maintenance
Winterizations
Termite/WDO Contractors
Environmental Hazards (lead paint, asbestos, mold, etc)
Lawn maintenance
Snow removal
Inspections
Emergency work orders (must be completed within 24 hours)
